Promotion Terms

1. The “Bingo Welcome Bonus” (the “Promotion”) is promoted, operated and hosted at williamhill.com (the "Website") by WHG (International) Limited (“William Hill”, "we", "us", "our") a limited company registered in and operating from Gibraltar.

2. The Promotion will run from 12:00:01 (UK time) on Tuesday 2nd October 2018 until further notice (the “Promotion Period”). The 14 days qualifying period will commence as soon as the player has accessed the bingo software and created their Bingo chat name.

3. Please refer to the "Definitions" section below for the meanings given to capitalised terms used in these terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms").

How does the Promotion work?

4. When you choose to take part in to this Promotion (by following the instructions below) and you stake a cumulative amount of at least £5 (the "Minimum Stake") on any bingo game on the Bingo tab of the Website (“Promotion Games”) during the Promotion Period, you will receive a £25 Bingo Bonus (the “Bonus”) which will be credited to your Bonus Balance and which can be wagered on the Promotion Games.

5. The Minimum Stake requirement must be met from wagers placed using funds from your Main Balance. Wagers placed using funds from your Bonus Balance will not count towards the Minimum Stake.

6. The Bonus can only be used on the following bingo rooms: Bingo bowl, Day at the races, Community room, Willy’s den, Willy’s winners, Bogof, Bargain basement, Zoom, Early bird, Lunch club, Late lounge, Time out tavern and Variety.

7. The Bonus must be used within 7 days of the Bonus being awarded to your Account ("Bonus Period"). If the Bonus has not been used, or if the Wagering Requirement (as defined below) has not been met, within the Bonus Period, then any Bonus Funds will automatically be deleted from your Bonus Balance at the end of the Bonus Period.

8. This Promotion is only available once per new customer only and you may receive a maximum of £25 Bonus if you take part in this Promotion.

How do you take part in the Promotion?

9. In order to take part in this Promotion (and be eligible for a Bonus), you need to do the following on any day during the Promotion Period in which you wish to take part: a. Follow the link to the Promotion on the “Promotions” page on the Website or on the relevant advert for the Promotion and click the “Create Chat Name” button to confirm that you have read and agree to these Promotion Terms and that you wish to take part in the Promotion; and b. Register a chat name at William Hill Bingo. c. Enter the Bonus Code: BINGONEW. d. Stake a cumulative amount of at least £5 from your Main Balance on the Promotion Games on the William Hill Bingo tab (wagers placed prior to opting-in to the Promotion will not count towards the Minimum Stake or the Wagering Requirement).

10. Once you have completed the steps above, the Bonus will automatically be credited to your Account.

11. This Promotion (including any Bonus) is only available to players with a GBP currency Account. 12. You may not participate in the Promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any Bonus) if you have previously been excluded by William Hill from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the Website.

What Wagering Requirements and Stake Contributions apply to this Promotion?

13. The £25 Bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 4x the amount of that Bonus ("Wagering Requirement"). This means that you cannot withdraw your Bonus (or any Bonus Funds) from your Bonus Balance until you have wagered 4x the amount of that Bonus on any of the eligible bingo rooms listed in term 6.

14. Each time you place a wager on any of the eligible bingo rooms, your stake will be deducted from the Wagering Requirement. For example, if you receive a £25 Bonus, the Wagering Requirement would be 4 x £25 = £100. If you stake £1, this would be deducted from the Wagering Requirement and you would need to stake a further £99 (i.e. £100 – £1 = £99) before you could withdraw any Bonus Funds.

15. The Wagering Requirement will apply from the moment that the Bonus is added to your Bonus Balance and must be met within the Bonus Period, otherwise any Bonus Funds will be automatically deleted from your Account.

16. Once you have met the Wagering Requirement, the Promotion will automatically end and any Bonus Funds will automatically transfer to your Main Balance from where you will be able to withdraw them as cash or wager them in non-Promotion play.

17. If you have a number of different promotional bonuses active on your Account (i.e. where you have opt in to a number of promotions on the Website or you take part in the Promotion on multiple days during the Promotion Period and have therefore received separate Bonuses), the most specific bonus will be spent first. For example, when playing game 1, a bonus only usable for slot game 1 would always be used before a bonus that could be used on any slot same. If you have multiple bonuses at the same level, bonuses will be spent in the same order as the bonuses were accepted e.g. A bonus accepted on Day 1 will be used before a bonus accepted on Day 3.

How does your Bonus / Bonus Funds contribute to wagers you place in Promotion-play?

18. When you place a wager in any eligible game, your stake will be taken from your Account in the following order of priority: a. initially, from your Bonus Balance; and b. then, if the stake exceeds the value of your Bonus Balance, the remainder will be taken from your Main Balance. 19. If your stake exceeds the value of your Bonus Balance and funds are taken from your Main Balance, and you have not met the Wagering Requirement, the Promotion will automatically end and any returns will automatically transfer to your Main Balance.

How are winnings from successful wagers allocated to your Account?

20. If you place a successful wager using bonus funds which have wager requirements, any winnings will be paid to your main balance as pending winnings (“Pending Winnings”).

21. If you place a successful wager on a game, and are paid Pending Winnings due to outstanding wager requirements these will be paid out to bonus balances using the same ordering logic as the spend order described above.

22.If you have place stakes on a game for which you have multiple bonuses with outstanding wager requirements applicable to a game, wager requirements will be worked down using the same ordering logic as the spend order described above.

23. The examples below set out how wagers are deducted from, and winnings are applied to, your Account when you participate in the Promotion.

Example 1

Suppose you have £50 in your Main Balance and you choose to take part in a Promotion and receive a £5 bonus (with a Wagering Requirement of £100). Your Account looks like this:

You place an initial wager of £5 which is deducted in full from your Bonus Balance (the stake does not exceed the funds in the Bonus Balance so no funds are taken from the Main Balance). The Wagering Requirement is now £95 (i.e. £100 - £5 = £95). The initial wager is successful, with winnings of £20 (including your £5 returned). This is allocated to the Balances in proportion to the percentage of the stake contributed by the Main Balance and the Bonus Balance respectively: the Bonus Balance gets £20, awarded as Pending Winnings (i.e. 100% of stake contributed); and the Main Balance gets £0 (it contributed 0% of the stake, so it gets 0% of the returns). Your Account would now look like this:

Example 2

You place a second wager of £40. This is deducted as follows: £20 from the Pending Winnings balance; and £20 from the Main Balance (i.e. the Bonus Balance is used up first and then the amount of the stake in excess of the Bonus Balance is taken from the Main Balance). The Wagering Requirement is now £55 (£100 - £5 - £40 = £55). This bet is also successful, with winnings of £60 (including your £40 returned). The stake and the winnings are allocated both to pending winnings and your Account would now look like this.

How do you cancel the Promotion?

24. You may choose to cancel a Promotion (and any Bonus) at any time by contacting our Customer Services team to confirm that you wish to cancel the Promotion using the contact details contained on the "Contact Us" page on the Website.

25. Upon cancellation, any Bonus amount (and any accumulated "Bonus Funds") will be deleted from your Account and you will not be able to take any further part in the Promotion.

Promotional Play Restrictions

26. We offer bonuses and promotions to enhance your enjoyment of our games and wagering. We therefore expect that you will participate in all bonuses and promotions fairly, so that our other customers too may enjoy our services. We have set out below certain types of play which we consider to be unfair and therefore to be in breach of these Promotion Terms: a. using minimal risk wagering patterns (e.g. low risk wagering, zero risk wagering or equal betting patterns); b. using multiple accounts to obtain more than the number of bonuses or free bets permitted for each customer; c. sharing personalised promotional offers or bonuses (i.e. promotions or bonuses which are available to specific customers only) received by you e.g. via email, inbox message, text message, links, URLs etc. with others who were not the intended recipient. This includes accessing promotions or bonuses forwarded to you by others when you were not the intended recipient; d. concealing your country of residence in order to access a promotion or bonus that is not available in your country of residence; e. colluding with other customers in order to take advantage of promotions or bonuses; or f. using more than one account per household or per IP address, together, “Promotional Play Restrictions".

27. Where you are in breach of any Promotional Play Restrictions, we may be entitled to cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your Account, reclaim any bonus element of such offers and either settle bets at the correct odds, void any free bets, void any bet funded by a bonus, or remove any subsequent winnings relating to any bonus. We may also be entitled to levy an administration charge up to the value of the bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover our reasonable administrative costs in respect of any such action that we take.

28. Payment cards which begin with the following numbers will not be accepted for this promotion.

General Promotion Terms

29. Notwithstanding anything else contained in these Promotion Terms, you may withdraw any funds in your Main Balance at any time except where we are required to withhold such funds in order to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations.

30. William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold payment of any Bonus Funds in the event of funds you have deposited into your Main Balance (including any sums you have wagered) being cancelled or denied by any payment service.

31. William Hill reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these Promotion Terms: a. without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or b. for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change (we shall only do this where the circumstances are sufficiently serious, for example, where there is a malfunction of the software or systems we use to provide the Website and/or the Promotion or in the event of manifest error in the Promotion and/or the Promotion Terms). We may also offer an equivalent prize, bonus or free bet to the one referred to in any Promotion (for example, where this is required due to a malfunction of the software or systems we use to provide the Website and/or the Promotion).

32. In addition to these Promotion Terms, your use of the Website and your participation in any gaming or wagering (including this Promotion) is governed by William Hill's general terms and conditions for use of the Website which are available at https://williamhill-lang.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6719 ("General Terms"). You should therefore ensure that you have read and understood the General Terms and these Promotion Terms before taking part in this Promotion. In the case of any discrepancy between these Promotion Terms and the General Terms, these Promotion Terms shall take precedence.

33. These Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Definitions

34. In these Promotion Terms, the following definitions shall apply: a. "Account" means your online account with William Hill which can be accessed via the Website; b. "Bonus Balance" means the total sum of all bonuses and bonus funds active on your Account (including any Bonus and any Bonus Funds) which cannot be withdrawn as cash or wagered in non-promotional play because they are subject to ongoing promotional play restrictions (e.g. the Wagering Requirement has not been met); c. "Bonus Funds" means any Bonus plus any winnings from wagers placed using that Bonus. d. "Main Balance" means the total funds that you have deposited into your Account, which you can withdraw as cash or wager in non-Promotion play at any time.
